We Stage It is in a class all of their own!  I have tried (unsuccessfully) to get good results from other local staging companies.  We Stage It always presents a home in the best light.  When Buyers walk in after the staging is complete, they wish they lived there. This is especially important when you have an unusual or awkward space/floor plan.

Some agents will use digital staging.  I find that Buyers like the photos online - but are disappointed when they visit the home in person (the naked home just doesn’t shine the same way).  The last thing you want is for a Buyer to be disappointed when they walk through the door!  People buy homes based on how they feel about it in person.  Online photos are only enough to get Buyers to come see the home in person…not enough for them to make the purchase!

Dollar for dollar - professional staging by We Stage It is one of the best investments you can make.  You get your investment back and then some.  Their staged homes sell quicker, for a better price, and with more competition.  The last home they staged for me was listed by 6 other Realtors before I took over the listing!  We Stage It did beautiful staging so I was able to bring it to the public as a fresh, new listing.  My marketing was very successful, in part because the staged home looked beautiful!  I was able to get it into escrow relatively quickly and got my Sellers a full price offer!  The staging was a huge component.
